Bloom - Venezia

Excellent location, easy access anytime when you're walking around the city. Good and large toilet with bathroom. Free wi-fi and a surprising free prosecco to be enjoyed on the roof terrace.

I didn't have problems since I've asked for the directions in advance, but the reception is at Locanda Florinda hotel.

Hotel is very near Saint Sammel pier. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The exact address showed on the wedsite is correct. But it is better if they could leave a message or direction for checking in as they have three hotels in the same area.

Stylish, quiet and intimate in a great central location.

we liked the design, young and creative and not the typical (fake) settecento. Our room was spacious with a nice atmosphere, and we had a lovely view of rooftops nad campanile of Santo Stefano from our windows. The personnel was friendly, "when there".

after sitting down for breakfast you had to wait up to 15 minutes until someone arrived from somewhere to offer you tea/coffee. the lights in our room where rather sparse and in the eveneing it was almost too dark to read, even with all the ligths on. The room could have been cleaner.only plastic beakers to drink from.

Great location a short walk from St Mark's square, but far enough away that it's not swamped by tourists. Stylish room, good size and very clean. Breakfast fine, croissants, bread, meat, cheese etc and lovely coffee. Great roof terrace with comfy seating, good views over Venice. Nearby square has good cafes/ restaurants. Big bonus was the complimentary bottle of Prosecco which you can drink on the roof terrace.

It would be a good idea if people were warned that the reception is actually in the Hotel Locanda something around the corner as we (eventually) managed to find the address given and had to buzz and be let in by the cleaner who explained where we should have gone. If you like constant attention this isn't a good place given the distance from reception. The piped music played everywhere was fine at first but became annoying.

This hotel is in a great location and has an incredible rooftop terrace where you get to enjoy a bottle of complimentary Prosecco. The rooms are all individually decorated and each floor gets to enjoy a good breakfast on their level so it always feels very private. The staff was very friendly and we absolutely loved our stay there!!!

The beds were a little bit hard.

Being separated from the canals kept the room quiet in the morning, and the best view of the square was from a lovely furnished rooftop terrace.

Price, but it is Venice after all. Also, Booked.net doesn't inform you but check-in is actually not on-site but around the corner at an associated hotel. Call in advance!!!

The location is excellent once you find it. Call the hotel for exact directions before arriving to Venice. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. This is a good value option considering the prices in Venice, but elsewhere would expect much more. There is no elevator so pack lightly. Breakfast is charming but basic. Nice terrace on the rooftop. Double windows keep the noise out. Nice room design and the view on the church.

No elevator, the staircase to the b&b floor is very unpleasant.

Bloom is a gorgeous little place that I will be recommending to friends. Our room was large (especially for European city centers) and thoughtfully decorated. The bathroom was high spec and clean. Location is great - it's just by Accademia and S.Angelo stops on the grande canal. But the stand out feature of this place is the roof terrace. It's blissful. You look out over the square and they provide complimentary prosecco for you in the fridge to enjoy sipping as the sun goes down. The place only has about 8 rooms so it was never busy up there. The staff were friendly on check in/out and breakfast, but this place does feel like an apartment of your own.

It is a bit tricky to find first time. You have to check in at their sister hotel around the corner. (Hotel Locanda Fiorita.) But if you go to Bloom's website they have precise directions how to get there and a PDF map you can print or download to an iPhone so you don't need to use roaming data.

This b&b is fantastic! * complementary bottle of proseco * wonderful fresh croissants and coffee at breakfast * comfortable and nicely decorated room * rooftop salon and terrace etc... etc... Will definitely stay there again.

I would not recommend it for anyone who is not physically able to do stairs.

My only slight bug-bear was the lack of English channels on the tv - a very small negative.

LOved this place, such cute rooms and great little breakfast area, brilliant rooftop area with free champagne for u to help yourself to whenever you like, they have free wired fi that actually works in your room, staff were helP full and glad we stayed here

Great staff, awesome terrace where you can relax all day and night. Free champagne and close to everything. We stayed in 402 ..great views and sunny. Nice breakfast, overall best value for money in Venice.

No elevators (asanywhere in Venice) and a little hard to find.

A hidden gem of Venice which would deserve 3 Stars. Beautifully designed facilities which are truly called 7th heaven. Romantic sunsets can be enjoyed on the roof top terrace with the champagne bar. Great location from where one can comfortably get to airport or train station.
